According to the current legislation of Ukraine, jewelry is included in the list of goods that are NOT subject to return and exchange.

 

In article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "on protection of consumer rights” of 15.05.1991 No. 1023-XII and Appendix No. 3, as well as in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “ On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine” on protection of consumer rights " dated 19.03.1994 № 172, it is specified: the goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to exchange (return) include: jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, organogenic precious stones and semiprecious stones.

We understand that situations are different, and for us the main thing is that the decoration is liked, used and gives positive emotions to its owner, so we are ready to make concessions and accept jewelry for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to two conditions: the presence of a tag and without traces of use.
